My own journey

How did I get here?

My journey began after being hit by a truck at 18 years old walking across the street. I suffered multiple injuries that took about 5 years to recover from and still battle every day. I understand what it is like to have your body feel as thou it is failing you, but I assure you this is the gift. It can be complicated, scary and depressing, especially if you are not supported by therapists that are emotionally unavailable, have a linear thinking process, and are unable to think outside the box. 

Every human is frequency, every cell in your body has the capacity to heal itself, every movement is possible with understanding and love.

I learnt pilates and yoga, but wanted more so I ventured in to massage therapy and reflexology, active release therapy and trigger point. Yet, I knew there was more to human condition. I began to learn shamanic practices, frequency medicine, pain management techniques, tuning fork therapy. 

I have created a practice that includes that idea the body, mind and soul are interconnected on a much deeper level than what was once perceived. 

Guiding others to listen to the whispers of their body, make sense of what they are hearing, and to heal them is my practice.

Where the body's frequency is harmonized, so is the psyche.

Learning to dance on the edge of your pain can be scary, but huge strides can be made toward a pain managed life and decreased sensitivity in pain.

Movement can be intimidating when you live with persisting or chronic pain, however Corrina understands the value in "Just amount of the right effort". As a survivor, of chronic pain she understands that even the slightest movement can change your chemistry, immune system, nervous system and ultimately create a healthier, stronger body that you can call yours.

Corrina is a pain care aware, trauma informed therapist who uses serval techniques to guide you to a happier, healthier lifestyle. Ancient practices such as; yoga, pilates, massage, reflexology and shamanic techniques are in her wheel house.
